Our services

  • A complete and detailed Security Plan aimed at minimizing the impact of the event and the risk of incident;

  • The presence of an independent Security Coordinator on location for the duration of the event.

    Objectivity and integrity

  • We can screen for you all suppliers of security guards in your area and recommend those best suited to provide adequate service. Our assessment is impartial and our recommendation is based on a thorough evaluation of each supplier, a verification of their references, and an analysis of their price proposals.

  • For the entire duration of the event, a Leclair Security Coordinator can be present on location to direct all security-related matters and represent your company vis-à-vis the agency chosen to supply security guards. Since our coordinator is NOT an employee of the security agency, his/her decisions and actions are in the sole interest of your company, as described hereafter. As an example, when the prevailing conditions justify it, our coordinator may recommend that the level of security measures be decreased and, as a result, that the number of guards be lowered - at least temporarily. Such decision alone can reduce costs considerably for the company while ensuring that the level of security is still adequate.

    Before the event

    We offer you a complete Security Plan comprised of the following elements:

  • A methodical assessment of the property, focused on:

  • Perimeter protection

  • Access control

  • Intrusion detection

  • Electronic surveillance

  • Critical infrastructures and assets

  • Fire prevention

  • Emergency Response

  • An objective evaluation of the strengths and weaknesses of all existing security measures

  • Explicit recommendations on all preventative measures to be deployed before and during the event

  • The screening and selection of a local security agency most suitable to provide guard services

  • A Standard Operating Procedures Manual for guards

  • A summary of the roles and responsibilities of key company personnel during the conflict

  • Complete protocols and forms required for the event

  • Emergency contact lists of internal/external resources

  • A detailed budget forecast of all security-related expenditures

    During the event: the role of our Coordinator

    Present on location for the duration of the event, our Security Coordinator handles all security-related matters in the sole interest of the company. The role of the Coordinator is to:

  • Ensure that all security measures are in line with the Plan;

  • Increase or decrease the number of security guards when the prevailing conditions warrant it;

  • Maintain a rolling summary of all security-related expenditures, and inform company management daily;

  • Liaise with local law enforcement authorities;

  • Provide local company management with guidance and counsel on security-related matters;

  • Verifies all time attendance records and invoices for guards;

  • Ensure that incidents, if any, are properly documented;

  • Assist company attorneys in obtaining an injunction.
