CONTINGENCY PLANS FOR LABOUR DISPUTES |
Our services
|
| |
| |
| A complete and detailed Security Plan aimed at minimizing the impact of the event and the risk of incident; |
| |
| The presence of an independent Security Coordinator on location for the duration of the event. |
| |
Objectivity and integrity
|
| |
| |
| We can screen for you all suppliers of security guards in your area and recommend those best suited to provide adequate service. Our assessment is impartial and our recommendation is based on a thorough evaluation of each supplier, a verification of their references, and an analysis of their price proposals. |
| |
| For the entire duration of the event, a Leclair Security Coordinator can be present on location to direct all security-related matters and represent your company vis-à-vis the agency chosen to supply security guards. Since our coordinator is NOT an employee of the security agency, his/her decisions and actions are in the sole interest of your company, as described hereafter. As an example, when the prevailing conditions justify it, our coordinator may recommend that the level of security measures be decreased and, as a result, that the number of guards be lowered - at least temporarily. Such decision alone can reduce costs considerably for the company while ensuring that the level of security is still adequate. |
